Website Maintenance

In order to keep a website fresh and interesting the content needs to be continually maintained and updated. This can be a costly and time-consuming exercise, which means many websites are all too often neglected.

With Top Speed Media's web maintenance package your website can be regularly updated without eating into your valuable time or marketing budget.

How it works

You buy a block of time per annum, for example 10, 20 or 40 hours, and simply use up the time as and when you need it. It is very much like a 'pay as you go' mobile phone card: when it is empty you simply top it up!

When you ask us to make a change to your site we will let you know how many blocks of time will be used. Once this is agreed we will go ahead and make the changes. We issue a monthly statement allowing you to see what your time has been used for, and how much you have left.

For example

Suppose your site is up and running and you want to change some text, insert a new picture, or move a logo. Simply call, e-mail or fax the details of the change(s) and we'll take care of the rest.

1. We'll confirm receipt, and may call you back if we have any questions before we do the changes on an offline copy of your site.
2. We'll ask you to check the changes on the offline site to verify that we have interpreted your instructions correctly.
3. If necessary we'll correct any errors, and when it's all agreed we'll launch the updated site.

It's as simple as that!

How much does it cost?

All we ask is that you pay for your block in advance and that you use it up over a period of 12 months. If you buy a new block any unused time can be carried over to the next year.
